During 2017-2018, Alexandra worked as the project manager for Doc Lounge Malmö. Doc Lounge wants to increase and broaden the audience for documentary films and give visitors an experience that engages and stays in their memory. The program is located at the club and concert venue Babel on Spångatan in Malmö. 

Alexandra booked guests, advertised 15 events per season (both through social media and press), built event themes around each documentary and worked with external partners and collaborations. During the year, Alexandra was also the moderator for every event. During the autumn of 2017, she organized  23 events in 15 weeks, both in Malmö and around Sweden with the prison tour of Doc Lounge.
