FÄNGELSEPROJEKTET

The documentary organisation Doc Lounge, documentary film director Jessica Nettelbladt and the Prison and Probation Service in Sweden made a unique collaboration and arranged a prison tour in 2017. The tour visited six different women prisons with screening of the film MonaLisa Story, live music and a creative workshop. The purpose of the tour was to serve as a cultural meeting place and a forum for the women inmates, while at the same time investigating the role of documentary film and culture in Swedish women's prisons.

Alexandra worked in 2017 as the tour project manager and also helped with PR and media in the project. You can read about the project in Sydsvenskan or listen to an interview at P4 Malmöhus.
