POPYCON
In January 2017, Alexandra (THINK Open Space) and Fritidsförvaltningen in Helsingborg stad organized a full day filled with Asian culture. Visitors were able to listen to K-pop, have fun with role-playing, sing to karaoke, read manga, buy artwork and watch dress-up competitions. During the day, 400 young people and parents from all over Sweden came to attend the first Cosplay convention in Helsingborg. The Swedish television channel SVT visited the event and made a segment and article.
Alexandra was responsible for the logistics, the cafe and the safety of the event. She was also involved in work with PR and marketing.
